Our Garden
The land on which the village is build used to be large gardens to cultivate vegetables to nourish the previous owner families and their communities in the surrounding villages. Still today the soil is very fertile, and we regrow vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers for our guests. For the irrigation of the gardens, we treat the wastewater from the villas using the village’s own biological sewage treatment plant.
