In the workshop, Birge imparts basic knowledge from her job as an actor that everyone can benefit from in everyday life. She will show you exercises and techniques that can help you to get in touch with yourself and adjust your body and mind to be alive in the here and now. You will get to know yourself better, develop empathy for yourself and your teammates. Without pressure or judgment, she wants to awaken imagination, empathy, and joy.
Meet Your Inner Actor and Have Fun
The workshop is addressed to adult non-actors of all ages. Please bring your curiosity, openness, and joy in movement and imagination.
The Program
- Days 1, 2, and 3:
- 10:00 – 14:30, at the KYNARA Boutique Village.
- Included in the fee: one break with tea/coffee and snacks.
- Day 4:
- 14:00 – 19:00, at the Amphitheatre at Xinara village.
- Not included in the fee: 18:30, group dinner at Xinara village.
The Location
The locations where the workshop will take place is an other highlight: Days 1, 2, and 3 are hosted indoors and outdoors within the KYNARA resort, completely protected from the wind, with privacy, stunning views and surrounded by Mediterranean nature. Day 4 will be hosted at an authentic Cycladic village, at the Amphitheatre of the Xinara village.
